Description |
| Floor
|
A critical area on any shed, our floor is designed for
ground contact! Pressure treated CCA.40 2" X 4"
beams framed 16" on center, with 1/2" pressure
treated plywood flooring eliminates the need for costly
cement work under your unit. With a floor beam every
16", just like a house, (not 24" as on other
sheds) our floor is sturdy and water resistant. When used
as a garage, we double the plywood for an inch thick
floor. |
| Roof
|
Our shed roof is engineered to be as strong as the roof
on your home! A 2" x 6" ridge beam runs from
peak to peak, all roof sections are framed 16" on
center and we use collar beams on all sheds over size 6'
x 10' for additional structural integrity. Your roof will
never sag like on cheaper built models. Choose Black,
White or Tan 240lb self-sealing asphalt roof shingles
applied over tarpaper over 3/8" exterior CDX
plywood. If you prefer to match the roof shingle on your
home, please contact us for the correct amount of
shingles and credit. · |
| Doors
|
The standard Sliding door allows 43" or 33" of
access. Uniquely designed to roll inside the unit and
suspended on a heavy steel track, the 21/2" ball
bearing wheels provide finger-tip operation. (This handy
door is the only part of our sheds that requires
painting.) The optional Pegboard Pocket can be installed
behind this style door to maximize your wall space. |
